Product Introduction
Sintered wire mesh filter elements are manufactured by vacuum-sintering multiple layers of metal mesh into a monolithic structure. Overall argon arc welding ensures complete sealing. Compared to traditional filter elements, they offer higher compressive strength and better high-temperature resistance. Due to the unique structure of the multi-layer sintered mesh, they are easier to clean and achieve a higher degree of cleanliness during backwashing. Our company's sintered mesh filter elements are produced from raw materials that undergo strict inspection, ensuring accurate filtration accuracy, compliant materials, strong and uniform weld seams, and excellent filtration performance.
