    Titanium sintered powder filter elements are manufactured using high-purity titanium powder, copper alloy powder, and stainless steel powder as raw materials. They are produced through processes including powder classification, molding, sintering, and mechanical welding/processing. Powder sintered filter elements represent a new type of high-efficiency filter material. Sintered products are formed in a single step, eliminating the need for cutting, and offer high filtration accuracy, excellent gas permeability, high mechanical strength, and high material utilization rates, making them particularly suitable for high-volume production of complex components.
