The fiber sintered felt features a pore gradient created by layers of varying pore sizes, enabling precise control over filtration accuracy and dirt-holding capacity. With its unique three-dimensional, porous, mesh-like structure, it boasts a large surface area, high porosity, and uniformly distributed pore sizes. This design ensures continuous and reliable filtration performance. Compared to metal mesh filters, it offers significantly greater dirt-holding capacity, enhanced durability (less prone to tearing), and superior flow rates. Additionally, it outperforms powder-sintered products by providing stronger structural integrity and higher fluid throughput. Ultimately, it addresses the limitations of conventional filter papers and cloths in terms of temperature and pressure resistance, delivering outstanding thermal and pressure-resistant properties. As a result, it stands as a high-precision filtration material ideal for applications requiring both heat and corrosion resistance.
