Product Introduction
Multilayer sintered mesh is a new type of filter material manufactured by systematically layering and compacting multiple layers of woven metal wire mesh according to specific technical standards, followed by vacuum sintering. It possesses high overall rigidity and strength. The pore sizes of each layer of wire mesh are deliberately overlapped and staggered, forming a uniform and ideal pore channel structure, which results in excellent backwashing performance. This product overcomes the shortcomings of single-layer woven wire mesh, such as low strength, poor rigidity, and unstable pore shape under demanding conditions.
Our company produces multilayer sintered mesh using self-manufactured stainless steel filter mesh. The entire manufacturing process, from raw material to finished sintered product, is completed in-house under strict quality control at each stage.
