Product Introduction
It is a special filter element designed and manufactured for the purpose of sterilization when feeding and discharging Gas exchange of pharmaceutical,food,water treatment and other material tanks,storage tanks,reactors,drying boxes and other equipment.The ventilation port is isolated by this respirator,and the gas inside the tank,device, and box can be discharged smoothly,so that microorganisms and paticles outside the tank,device, and box cannot enter the tank,device,and box.The respirator is designed and manufactured according to GMP standards,and the filter element is made of hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene microporous filter membrane (SPF)or hydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride filter membrane(SPVDF material).Gas filtration accuracy is 0.02μ M-0.01μM can achieve 99.9999%filtration of various bacteria and bacteriophages above 0.02um.
Breather body quick opening connection,standard with connecting pipe,38-K50 quick opening type;
Sanitary grade configuration,stainless steel surface mechanically polished,with a minimum roughness of 0.3μm.Outer 0.4μM;
The product is designed for various specifications such as 5 "and 10",with a ventilation capacity of 3m3/min and 6m3/min.
